A Pastor of the Living Faith Church Worldwide aka Winner’s Chapel, Dennis Ekere whose wife’s womb was removed following a Fibroid surgery gone wrong gives birth to a bouncing baby boy.

A few days ago, the Ikot Ebido Oku, Akwa Ibom branch of the Living Faith Church, aka Winner’s, was amazed at the wonders of the Almighty God as Pastor Dennis Ekere shared his testimony in church during the 4th service, explaining that faith in God was the way out of any situation.

The Pastor explained the complications at surgery that led to his signing the papers for his wife’s womb to be removed so as to save her life. According to him, the womb was removed and given to him in a Heinz Salad Cream bottle.

However, he had faith in God and His Word in Job 14:7-9 which says, “For there is hope for a tree, if it is cut down, that it will sprout again, And that its tender shoots will not cease. Though its root may grow old in the earth, and its stump may die in the ground, Yet at the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth branches like a plant.”
He also took solace in the testimony of another Pastor, Bamgboye, whose wife’s 2 ovaries had been removed, but still gave birth to 2 children. If God could do it for him, he thought, then God will also do my own. He kept praying and believing.

A few months later, He said a visibly confused doctor told him that at scanning his wife, they saw a womb that had grown on the former site. Though the womb appeared very small, a few months later, his dear wife took in and was delivered of a bouncing baby boy weighing 3.7kg, according to the time of life.

The Covenant Naming took place recently in Akwa Ibom amidst tears and shouts of joy.

However, there is a pleasant twist to this testimony: the Pastor’s wife only knew on the eve of the Covenant Naming that her womb had been removed. When he was asked why he refused to disclose the information to her or anyone else for that matter, the man of God said,

“I didn’t want her faith to be shaken.”

Only a fool will say there is no God.

And as Bishop David Oyedepo would always say,

“Only fools doubt proofs.”

Indeed our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we could ask or think.
