Prophet Samuel Kayode Abiara, is the founder of The Christ Apostolic Church, Agbala Itura.
He also command a greatest fellowship in that domination.
Before he was called into evangelism, he was a clark to Late Chief Agoro, who later became a great help to him in his ministry.
Prophet Abiara, was called by God into evangelism in 1963 while he was working at a government office at Okufu farm settlement, a village at the outskirt of Ibadan. He said he was called to be a Prophet. In that same year (1963) he obliged to the calling and that gave birth to Akufo church.
Today, Prophet Samuel Kayode Abiara is arguably the richest clergy of the Apostolic Church worldwide.
The ministry has headquarters both in Ibadan and Lagos.
The two headquarters worth over 2.5 billion naira. The Lagos headquarters can conveniently sit 20,000 worshipers with enough space within the Church premises and the headquarters at new Ife road, Olode in Oyo.
The popular ministry, Agbala Itura is worth over N7 billion and ranked amongst the top ten ministries in Nigeria.
He nets an average of N10 million per month on tithes and N100 million annually via donations.
After some intensive revival, his living room could no longer accommodate a large number of congregation who saw the zeal for leadership in him.
Then he acquire a land in Oke-igbala, Oyo and erected a church.
The church soon became so big that the founder had to relocate to the center of the city.
From his small humble beginning his ministry became something to be reckoned with in Nigeria.
