Bishop Oyedepo to address killings on Sunday

In response to the recent massacre in Plateau State, Nigeria, the Presiding Bishop of the Living Faith Church Worldwide has announced his plans to address the killings at the 50,000 capacity Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland, Ota on Sunday, July 8, 2018.

Speaking on Friday, he also made reference to the recent visit of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Northern Executive to the Aso Rock Villa.

He stated during the course of his message “Now we must live in peace with the killers.
What a government?
No one has been prosecuted.
What is Nigeria turning to?

I like what the CAN Executive in the North did.
They gave it to Mr President.
Women, children, old and young.
You are killing people like chicken?
Cursed be the generation of everyone involved.
Don’t mind what the press said. I will give you the authentic version of the meeting.
It’s not ethnic cleansing.
It’s (attempted) extermination of Christianity.

Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.
Who is a witch?
Killers of the innocent, destroyers of the harmless.
What do you do to them? Kill them!
CAN told Mr President that the communities destroyed should be rebuilt and people allowed to return to their homes.
Fulanis are already living in some of them.

If we are not careful they will soon write a script for Church services.
Thank God they didn’t send me.
Anyone that won’t let this nation rest, my God will lay them to rest.

Not in a religious sensitive state like Nigeria
They should get ready to see the other side of the believer.

Wait for the full broadcast on Sunday” Bishop Oyedepo concluded.
